1, How much is the cost for shipment?
          There are  2 kinds of product based on shipping cost, one is free shipping by normal post.
          You do not need to extra shipping cost. Another is fast delivery which requires extra shipping cost.
          The shipping cost is automatically calculated on our website according to the product weight & dimension.
          After you select the product and add to shopping cart, you could check the shipping cost. 

 
2,  How long it takes for my package to arrive ?
          Estimated delivery time depends largely on the shipping method.
          For fast delivery, like DHL, normally about 3 to 5 business days.
          For free post shipping, normally about 7 to 18 business days to arrive.
          If no other problems, we would ship the package out to shipping company within 1 to 2 business days.
         After that, we would offer tracking number via email timely for customers to track.

 
3,  How and where to track my package ?
          After we get the tracking number, we would notify customers with their emails and attache the website to track.
          Normally for DHL, on offical website, for other shipping options, customers could check on 17track website.

 
4,  Do I need to pay import tax ?
         For free shipping pos, no need to pay tax.
         For fast delivery, like DHL, it depends on the pacakge weight and different custom office policies for different countries.
         You could also contact customer service to get more details regarding this.

 
5,  Could I combine my order and ship together ?
         For example, if customers pay one order for free shipping post, another is paid for fast delivery.
         You could contact us timely and ask us the ship them together, this way, would save more time during transportation.

 
6,  What are the available delivery options ?

7,   I want to change the shipping method, what to do ?
          Please contact us before you place an order, or contact us timely before the package being shipped out.

 
8,   Do you ship to every country ?
          Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world.
          However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination.
          We suggest you to contact us and make sure whether items can be shipped to your country using a specific shipping method.

 
9,   Can I change the shipping address after I already paid ?
           It is possible for you to change your shipping method,
           but you have to take note in the PayPal Message when you pay by PayPal before we ship the item out.

 
10,  What if package arrives in my address, yet stolen by others or get damaged during transportation.
          This situation rarely happens, but to avoid such kind of loss.
          Please make sure that you are at home and there would be someone to pick up the package timely
